When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 12 AM EST will be shipped out within 2 business days. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by AtmToys, or our shipping partners.

Is AtmToys shipping & billing discreet?

YES. All orders are shipped 100% discreet guaranteed in plain unmarked packaging. The shipping label will only have our warehouse addres on it. No store name will be written on the shipping label or packaging. Your credit card will be charged under the name ATDU inc. which is our parent company.

Heads up! The email you use to place your order may include a product image in your order notifications. If you're ordering something private, we suggest checking out with an alternate email.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for small orders in the US is $8.95. Larger items will have their own shipping rate.

How do I cancel my order or change the address?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. You can also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and advise them you are refusing the delivery.
